Q1: Can you make some other colors for the products body?
A: Yes, we can make different colors as customer demand, such as bronze finish, mat black finish, shine black finish, nickle finish, and etc.

A: Yes, ODM/OEM are welcomed.

Q5: Can your factory print our brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.
Q6: How is your production management and quality control system?
A: All our product process follows up ISO9001: income quality checking, in process quality checking, final product quality checking. The strict implementation of ISO9001 assures to provide.
Q7: How many years guarantee for products?
A: 5 years guarantee
Q8: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually only 1piece, we have in stock.
Q9: How about the delivery time?
A: Normally it takes 1-3 weeks after receive deposit. (Actually it depends on the quantity of order)

A: The product is widely used in bathroom and kitchen of hotel, home, public place project etc.
Q11: Can we get sample to check quality?
A: Sure, you can get samples to check the quality firstly.
Q12: Do you charge for samples and freight?
A: According to our policy, customers need pay for them, we’ll return sample charge to you in official order.

Q25: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
Q26: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
